Who can resist the calming coastal shades of blue... echoing the sea and the big, blue sky?  It's my favorite color, and here at Just Looking we have a bunch of new blues done in wood, including a brand-new trestle table built by my husband, Steve, and two repurposed windows made by a local artist.  Come by and take a look!

Repurposed Furniture

Here at Just Looking, we love repurposed furniture.  We just got two new pieces, which have a great coastal / nautical look.  The bench, above, was made by a local artisan, using an old baby crib.  The coffee table below is an electrical spool, to which we added a wash of blue wood stain and some seafaring trim--perfect for a man cave.

Vintage Treasures in Wood

Cabin Fever

Birdhouse Bench By Steve

My husband, Steve, has just finished another one of his coastal creations.  This is a big, weathered-wood bench with cute country "birdhouses" on top and a sprinkling of vintage iron stars.  The seat and back are made of repurposed cedar fence slats--perfect for your porch or patio.

Banana Rattan Furniture
